Vladimir Primaky is an experienced, versatile inspector who can educate and reassure his customers in English, Spanish, French, Russian, and Serbo-Croatian (Yugoslavian). He covers the Las Vegas valley area, also including Laughlin, Henderson, Parhump, Mesquite, Southern Nevada, Southern Utah, and California.

 

 

After numerous years in construction; “I started to use my head instead of my back,” relates Vlad, going into International Sales for several years. He then had the opportunity to get into inspections by doing home inspections for insurance companies beginning in 1999.

 

 

Since 1999, Vlad has done more than 4800 (and growing) residential, commercial, and industrial inspections, “all types from multi-family to retail centers to restaurants.” In addition to the standard inspection, Vlad uses a protimiter (moisture meter) to search for unexpected moisture problems. He is certified by the Environmental Protection Agency for asbestos inspection.

 

 

“I most definitely prefer that the client is with me,” he says of his site inspections, for the past few years Vlad has been "paperless" for his report, they are sent via e-mail, as well as are the photos of any problem areas. Vlad appreciates 24-48 hours advance notice to schedule, but can be available sooner if necessary. “I certainly welcome follow up if there are any questions whatsoever,” he adds.

 

 

Vlad is a Nevada-licensed Master Inspector # IOS.0000160-M, is NACHI-certified, InterNachi, ACI (Association of Construction Inspectors)-certified, and a Certified Inspector with HIF (Housing Inspection Foundation)-certified, member of I.C.C (International Code Council) Is EPA certified in Asbestos Inspections for region IX.
